How do I return the product?
You can return or exchange an item that didn't suit you within 14 days of purchase. This right is guaranteed by the "law on consumer protection".
Conditions for the exchange or return of goods in this case: according to Article 9 of the law "on consumer rights protection", goods of proper quality (without defects) can be changed or returned to the store within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, if the following conditions are met::
* the presentation is preserved – that is. all labels, stickers and other accessories of the product remain unchanged, the product is fully equipped, packed;
• there are all documents for the product (receipt or product receipt confirming the purchase), all labels, labeling and packaging are preserved.

Exchange/return of quality goods
Foundation:
To return high-quality goods, it is necessary to have certain reasons for return, which are specified in Article 9 of the law of Ukraine on consumer protection (hereinafter referred to as the law), and the condition of the goods, namely:
1) the product was purchased by the buyer later than 14 days from the date of submission of the refund request, except for the day of purchase;
2) the goods are subject to return in accordance with the list of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return), approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of ministers of Ukraine.
Products that are not subject to exchange:
* Perfume and cosmetic products;
* Personal care products;
* Underwear;
* Children's products;
* Pedicure and manicure tools;
* Other products that are not related to the range of our online store.
3) the product did not fit the buyer on grounds that are not related to claims to the quality of the product;
4) the product has not been used, its presentation, packaging, consumer qualities, seals, labels are preserved, there is no mechanical damage, the product is in working condition;
5) the buyer presents the settlement document issued for the purchase of the goods.
Attention! When returning high-quality goods, the buyer is granted the right to exchange the goods for a similar one from the seller from whom the goods were purchased (Article 9 of the law), and not immediately demand a refund. And only if the seller does not have a similar product for exchange, the buyer has the right to:
- return the purchased product simultaneously with the purchase from the seller of another product from the store's assortment with the corresponding recalculation of the cost and payment of a positive difference or return by the store of a negative difference between the prices of goods;
Exchange/return of goods of improper quality
Product of improper quality – a product that contains defects. A product flaw is a discrepancy between the declared characteristics.
The received product must correspond to the content on the site.
The difference between design or design elements and the description stated on the site is not a sign of improper quality.
The true colors of the products may differ from the colors and shades on the site, depending on the color of your monitor (display).
The product was purchased by the buyer later than 14 days from the date of submission of the refund request, except for the day of purchase;

How do I get a refund?
According to the law, when returning goods, settlements with the buyer are made based on the cost of the goods at the time of purchase. By agreement with the buyer, the seller has the right to exchange for the goods at the same price or with recalculation of the price.
Money for goods paid by card or bank transfer will be returned to the buyer in the same way. To do this, you need to cancel the transaction through the personal account of the payment system and make a refund, or return the money from the current account, based on the buyer's application, to the payer's current account.
If the goods were pre-paid, but upon receipt the buyer refused the goods unilaterally without valid reasons, which led to additional costs of the seller (paid storage, return delivery), then the refund can be made with the deduction of the amount of additional costs of the seller.
To get a refund for the product, the seller sends the buyer a template for a refund request to the card. After receiving the completed template, the seller makes a refund to the buyer. In case of exchange for another product, the seller records the characteristics of the new sent product in the return request.
